Online services of social security entities

In the context of digitalisation, the Ministry of Social Security was keen to bring together all the social entities in order to present and promote the various online services for the insured. To this end, the various online services of the National Health Fund (CNS), the Accident Insurance Association (AAA), the National Pension Insurance Administration (CNAP), the National Insurance Centre (CCSS) and the State Office for Assessment and Monitoring (AEC) of the long-term care insurance were presented.

More than 80 services are currently available online and can be consulted on the website of the Ministry of Social Security, which will be updated quarterly. In keeping with this periodicity, the Ministry of Social Security will regularly communicate the various additions of new online services to the resident press. This approach will enable the insured/citizen to have a simplified and accelerated exchange with the various administrations in the management of their day-to-day rights.

The traditional access to the various social security entities will of course be maintained.

A campaign will support the promotion of these online services to insured persons over the next two weeks. This promotion will be done in Luxembourgish, French, Portuguese and English in various media and through social networks.

The Minister of Social Security, Claude Haagen, presented the "Social Security Modernisation Package" at the same time and concluded the press conference by saying: "The digitalisation of social security entities is moving closer to the needs of the insured".
